The American College of Radiology has suspended Gregory I. Shenk, MD, a radiologist from Casa Grande, Ariz., from College membership for one year for violating the College's Code of Ethics. After receiving a complaint regarding Shenk's testimony as an expert medical witness in a court proceeding, the College's Committee on Ethics held a hearing and decided that Shenk violated the Code.
The suspension will begin March 20, 2006, and will last through March 19, 2007.
