Image management and reporting software company Digisonics said last Thursday it promoted two staff members. Ernest Jackson took on the role of chief technology officer and Bob Greer became the director of development and quality control.

Jackson has been with the Houston, Texas-based company since 1974 and will serve as the technical resource for the sales department and all support implementations for Digisonics.

Greer, who joined the company in 2000, will provide managerial direction to development and testing personnel and oversee all new software releases. Greer has previously held the positions of software engineer and software development engineer for cardiology with the company.
