Used medical equipment vendor Nationwide Imaging Inc. has broken ground on a 30,000-square-foot warehouse in Brick, New Jersey, DOTmed News has learned.
Robert Manetta, senior vice president of Nationwide, aims to open the two-level complex in fall 2012.
The climate-controlled warehouse will feature new technologies to maintain and repair equipment, such as a spray booth, machine shop, crane system and staging rooms, according to the company.

The company's employees will also be moved from their current offices to new ones above the warehouse. There, they can expect some added amenities: Nationwide said they will enjoy expanded rooms and a gym and a lounge.
The original warehouse, located on the same property, will serve as additional storage space, the company said.
Nationwide, founded in 1993, is one of the country's largest dealers in MRI, CT, ultrasound and other used diagnostic imaging equipment.
