Palo Alto, Calif. - April 27, 2006 - Following a recent analysis of the U.S. digital x-ray market, Frost & Sullivan has selected FUJIFILM Medical Systems USA, Inc. as the recipient of the 2006 Market Leadership Award in computed radiography. Fuji has held a long-standing position as the premier digital x-ray manufacturer and continues to demonstrate excellence in all areas of the market.

Basu. "Their continued innovation and ability to address the changing market dynamics have contributed to their success."
Fuji's product line includes both single-driver systems (Carbon XL and Carbon X) and multiple-driver systems (XG-5000 and Clearview-CS), which provide industry-leading technology and image analysis applications. The XG-5000 system boasts image preview times of less than 20 seconds at plate-processing speeds of an astounding 165 images per hour.
