STAMFORD, Conn.- FUJIFILM Medical Systems USA, Inc. has announced that Novation LLC, the health care contracting services company of VHA Inc. and the University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC), has included Fuji's complete line of film and imaging products in a new, three-year, dual-source contract. Effective July 1, 2006, through June 30, 2009-with two one-year extension options, the contract includes a comprehensive assortment of medical film, imagers, and related products, including: conventional wet film, mammography film, dry film, and dry thermal and laser imagers.

"We're pleased to expand our relationship with Fuji and now offer their full continuum of products through Novation contracts at market-leading prices-from film to digital x-ray and PACS-ensuring that we provide our members with the best value."
