The summit provided key insights into the challenges manufacturers face on a daily basis. Normally competitors, they served as counterparts for two days and learned from each other's successes and challenges.
It was the first summit for Mary Beth Mando, R.T.(R), director of applications, Swissray International, who said she enjoyed meeting with her peers and learning about how they address challenges in the applications training environment. "With all of the vendors coming together to discuss common problems, it's kind of a meeting of the minds where we can talk about solutions and learn from each other."
