CMS preventive maintenance revisions continue to rile biomeds

Unfortunately, the update has managed to do the exact opposite. Without a reversal, it could cost our health care system billions of dollars more per year, according to stakeholders at the meeting. That's why ASHE and AAMI and The Joint Commission will be meeting in the very near future to try to put this to rest and stick with a system already proven to work.
