GW: The one that has received the most talk and the one that I think has the most potential bipartisan support would be repealing the medical device tax. I suppose that there are more efficient ways to raise tax revenues than the device tax.
On the other hand, there is the employer mandate, which is the requirement that employers provide health insurance if they have over 50 employees. There is talk that if an employee works 30 hours then they are fulltime so now everyone is hiring people for 29 hours. I think that the employer mandate is a bit of a mess and probably should go away if they could get around to doing that.
