Aurora, Illinois - There can be several reasons why you may experience intermittent ring artifacts, here is just one to consider:
Artifacts can be caused by slip rings...how? Intermittent streaks may occur caused by brushes on the rings becoming out of specification (too short). This causes bouncing on the slip rings intermittently. Always confirm that your rings are cleaned properly and your brushes are the proper depth!
