PGY 1 Family Practice/OMM Emphasis

- 3 months Internal Medicine
- 1 month of Critical Care
- 3 months of General Surgery
- 1-1/2 months Obstetrics and gynecology
- 1-1/2 months of Pediatrics
- 1 month Emergency Medicine
- 1 month Elective Time

PGY 2 & 3 Family Practice/OMM Requirements

- 2 months of General Surgery
- 3 months of Pediatrics
- 2 months of Emergency Medicine
- 3 months of Obstetrics/Gynecology
- 2 weeks of Radiology
- 2 months of Medicine
- 4 months of OMM per year

PGY 4 Family Practice/OMM Requirements
\t
- During the fourth year, residents continue with the
requirements of their program or designated track.
- During the fourth year, residents participate in a two-day, off campus procedures workshop.
- The fourth year is also the time during which residents finalize their research paper. This paper is a requirement for successful completion of the residency. The paper is to be submitted for review by May of the graduation year.
