Our customers are all over the United States and I do deal overseas from time to time, she said. I am trying to spread my wings in that area by using the Internet. DOTmed has brought me a lot of customers. Thats what encouraged me to get out there more on the Internet and build our web site.
Being DOTmed Certified shows customers that Kirk is a reliable, trusted source. She also works closely with others in the industry to acquire inventory and serve customers. We work with a good local biomed company for ventilators. We help each other out. Weve all got to stick together and cant be stabbing each other in the back, Kirk suggested. If we are going to survive we have to work it together. If I dont have a piece of equipment that a customer needs and I know somebody that does have it, I refer them to that person. No need to be greedy.
Spoken like a DOTmed Certified professional.
