Together, COMPAMED and MEDICA 2015 will cover the entire medical technology supply chain – from individual components to measuring techniques and quality testing to sterile, packed end products. This coordinated tandem of trade fairs and topics is a one of its kind event and a significant success factor for both trade shows.
In reference to this, two forums will cover relevant medical technology supplier trends in their presentations. The COMPAMED HIGH-TECH FORUM (hall 8a) organized by the IVAM association for microtechnology will focus on microsystem technology, nanotechnologies, as well as production technology and process control.

At the COMPAMED SUPPLIERS FORUM by the trade magazine DeviceMed (hall 8b), specialists, leading international companies and organizations will talk about current developments along the entire process chain. Mechanical and electronic components will also be a topic in the expert lectures, such as innovative materials and all sorts of made-to-order production. Keynote speeches on new markets and regulatory issues round off the program.
In 2014, the two trade fairs welcomed a total of 130,000 specialist visitors, of which around 17,000 were particularly interested in the topics covered by COMPAMED.
As in previous years, only one ticket is necessary to visit both MEDICA and COMPAMED.
