“In order to make our vision a reality, we need to work cooperatively with our corporate partners and organizations to provide not only the financial resources but more importantly, the technical know-how and business acumen they possess,” said Jay P. Mazurowski, CRA, FAHRA, AHRA’s 2006-2007 President and Radiology Director, Concord Hospital, Concord, NH. “Agfa’s commitment to our Initiative will help us ensure that our programs are cutting-edge and relevant to the changing dynamics of the field, and for that, we thank them.”
AHRA’s Foundation Partnership Initiative is designed to meet the challenges of the industry and provide educational support for AHRA members. The goal of this effort is to build tailored corporate partnerships that are mutually beneficial to the AHRA and their corporate partners.
The AHRA Imaging Leadership Institute will focus on offering a portfolio of development programs designed exclusively for imaging professionals including administrators, directors, managers, supervisors, and technologists, each addressing challenges pertinent to their respective roles. “We see this initiative as a way to meet our corporate objectives through our assistance to the imaging professional,” said Bob Pryor, President, Agfa Healthcare Americas. “AHRA’s approach to bringing all parties together to share information and experience is unique, and something we want to help lead.”
