ChartWise’s primary focus at this year’s ACDIS conference will be to connect with physician advisors and demonstrate the functionality contained within the ChartWise 2.0 solution to support their role in their facility’s program.

Included in the application is the ability for an admission to be escalated to a physician advisor for review and follow-up, for the advisor to efficiently communicate with the CDI staff on the admission, and to have reporting metrics on the advisor role.

The Physician Advisor’s Role in CDI Boot Camp is a two-day, classroom-based intensive training course with a heavy focus on the changing documentation requirements under ICD-10 and ensuring full and accurate physician documentation in order to properly code records for ICD-10.
