Kodak and Confirma Sign Integration and Reseller Agreement

Confirma, leader in computer-aided-detection (CAD) for breast MRI, announced it has signed an integration and reseller agreement with Kodak, a global provider of advanced healthcare information management solutions. The agreement gives Kodak non-exclusive distribution rights for Confirma's CADstream system, which Kodak will offer as an optional feature for its KODAK CARESTREAM Mammography Workstation. Confirma also will continue to directly market its CADstream system to prospective customers.

Kodak will market and distribute its CARESTREAM Mammography Workstation with the integrated CADstream system toKodak customers who perform breast MRI studies as part of breast imaging exams. Kodak's mammography workstation offers mammography-specific display protocols and tools designed to enhanceradiologists' productivity, and input devices that can help reduce the incidence of repetitive stress injuries, such as carpal tunnel syndrome.
