Reflexology Certification
Certified Reflexologists in our region are currently enjoying unprecedented success. As public awareness of the many benefits of reflexology becomes more widespread, practitioners are developing strong clientele specifically for reflexology sessions.
Reflexology Certification Program: Level I
Students enrolling in Evergreen's 12-week, 130 hr certification program will attend classes twice a week and participate in Clinical Practice on-site at the school to complete a minimum of 2, 1-hour reflexology sessions per week. Practitioners will learn to demonstrate proper client intake and screening for reflexology treatment sessions, and accurate completion of chart notes and treatment plans which differs from traditional massage therapy protocol.
Reflexology Certification Program: Level II
Evergreen's 5-week, 50 hr, advanced certification course provides specialized training in reflexology theory, technique and application. Classes refine and expand current reflexology skills and can open new doors for practitioner success. This course work focuses on specific health conditions for which reflexology treatment is proven effective and viable. Students will review organ systems, common disorders and will master effective techniques and treatment protocol for addressing health issues a reflexologist may encounter in practice outside of the required class student project sessions.
Reflexology Certification Program: Level III
Advanced course work includes reflexology treatment for the hands, face and ears. Students review general AST treatment protocol, and study the corresponding body systems and organs influenced by working specific points and/or zones in these areas. This training focuses on Eastern techniques and philosophy designed to assist in the vital flow of energy through the body. Students will study the Five Element Theory, the body's meridian channels, and the flow of chi as practiced in Chinese medicine.
