Linc Facility Services and its family of companies has acquired Technology in Medicine (TiM), Inc. Linc provides facility management services to more than 200 hospitals in the public and private sector. TiM is a healthcare service organization headquartered in Holliston, Mass. Since 1974, it has supplied hospitals, integrated healthcare systems, and alternate care delivery with the clinical engineering, asset management solutions, and medical equipment maintenance and management services. Major TiM clients across the New England area include Women and Infants Hospital, St. Vincent's Hospital, Jordan Hospital, Winchester Hospital, Quincy Medical Center, and the Metro-West Medical Center.

"The TiM acquisition will provide us with critical mass and instant credibility in the high-tech healthcare market," says Phil Rogers, president and CEO of Linc Facility Services. "The Northeast houses one of the largest hospital populations in the country. TiM has set the standard for service excellence and value throughout the region, with service to more than 100 healthcare facilities in the Northeast. The company has a long and solid reputation of integrity and excellent quality and we are proud to have them as part of our organization."

TiM will retain its name but will be branded as "A Linc Facility Services Company" and will become an integral part of the Linc Facility Services commercial division. TiM founder and president Raymond Peter Zambuto will join the Linc Facility Services executive team and will continue to serve as president of TiM.
