About the course
A two year American Heart Association BLS/CPR Certification for MDs, Dentists, Nurses, Paramedics, Respiratory Therapists, Physical Therapists, other healthcare providers required to have CPR training in the hospital setting.

The Healthcare Provider CPR class includes the Adult, Child, and Infant CPR, one and two man rescue, Adult and Child AED (Automated External Defibrillator), appropriate intervention for the conscious and unconscious Adult, Child, and Infant Choking Victim. The class is a fun, interactive, informative class. Everyone will have their own mannequins offering lots of practice. In addition, everyone will be given an opportunity to have hands on the AED.

Textbook: Participants may already have access to the Healthcare Provider (HCP)Manual . Therefore CPR Training & More... does not include the AHA textbook in the course costs. AHA textbooks can be ordered by participants directly and at cost from one of several national AHA distributors. Note: The textbook is not often utilized during the class but rather is a source of reference.
