Los Angeles, CA – (June 18, 2020) Healthcare IT innovator MedInformatix announced today that MISummit, the company's annual gathering of users of its enterprise technology platform, will be virtual in its execution. MI(Virtual)Summit 2020 will take place during the week of September 14 with customers dialing-in, linking-in and plugging-in from locations around the country.
Each year, MISummit brings MedInformatix customers and technology partners together with the company's product development and customer service teams to discuss the latest electronic health records and radiology information system topics, trends and initiatives confronting the healthcare industry; and learn how the MedInformatix technology platform can maximize practice workflow, operational and revenue efficiencies.
"Amid all the changes in the economy and workplace brought on by the Covid-19 outbreak, we chose to reimagine how we execute MISummit this year," said Pat McGonigle, CEO of MedInformatix. "Like enterprises everywhere, our customer's top priority is getting their business back up and running so they can serve their communities at full capacity. We recognize they may need to stay closer to home this year, so rather than travel to summit, we're bringing summit directly to our customers wherever they may be." MedInformatix has been hosting its summit for 12 years and McGonigle promised the 2020 virtual edition would be one of the most creative and innovative offerings to date.

That collaboration, and the need for it, has never been stronger. As a technology company we are looking forward to harnessing the power of technology to bring us together in inventive new ways in 2020."
