GOLDEN, COLORADO - Echoserve, Inc., announced that it has acquired certain assets and intellectual property licenses for the production and support of medical digital x-ray camera products previously manufactured by DALSA Corporation (TSX:DSA) at DALSA's Colorado Springs, Colorado, facility. Echoserve will transfer the equipment and inventory related to the x-ray products to its production facility in Golden, Colorado.
