RefleXion expands the use of PSMA-targeted PET tracers into real-time guides for external beam radiotherapy

RefleXion is the first and only company to develop biology-guided radiotherapy (BgRT*), a novel treatment modality designed to use PET signals emitting from malignant lesions to guide, in real time, external-beam radiotherapy delivery. RefleXion aims to eventually treat all solid tumor types and of all cancer stages using BgRT by making external-beam radiotherapy more precise in ablating single or multiple malignant lesions. BgRT expands the use of PET tracers beyond disease diagnoses to create a new utility and new market improving radiotherapy delivery.

Initially developed for use with FDG, RefleXion is building a portfolio of PET tracers as real-time BgRT guides, including PSMA-targeted BgRT for patients with all stages of prostate cancer. RefleXion has signed collaboration agreements with both Telix Pharmaceuticals and Lantheus to develop their PSMA-targeted PET tracers for RefleXion’s X1 BgRT platform.
