CEDAR PARK, Texas, September 15, 2022 – ETS-Lindgren announced support of the International Microwave Symposium (IMS2023) to be held in San Diego, California, on Sunday, June 11, to Friday, June 16, 2023, as well as its "prequel" Workshop on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. Located at Qualcomm in San Diego, the half-day Workshop features presentations from top industry engineers who will provide insights into recent advances on a broad spectrum of topics as well as a glimpse into what will be featured on the technical program at IMS2023. For example, attendees at the September 28 Workshop will learn about Model-Based Systems Engineering, Power Amplifier Linearization, mmWave ICs for Massive MIMO, and Automotive Antenna Range Testing. The free-to-attend Workshop – open to IEEE members and nonmembers alike – starts at 12:30 pm PDT with a complimentary lunch and ends at 5:00 pm PDT with closing comments from Michelle Thompson, IEEE San Diego Section Chair and IMS2023 organizing committee member. An introduction to the many IMS2023 student volunteer opportunities, as well as an overview of the IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) International Leadership Conference to be co-located with IMS2023, will also be included. Refreshment breaks will encourage networking amongst the attendees.
