Pursuant to an agreement with St. Vincent Hospital and Anchorum St. Vincent, CHRISTUS Health has acquired a 100% ownership interest in St. Vincent Hospital d/b/a CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Medical Center. St. Vincent Hospital owns and operates a hospital and 28 outpatient clinics in Santa Fe, New Mexico and the surrounding areas. The agreement is effective as of September 1, 2023. Prior to such agreement, CHRISTUS owned a 50% interest in St. Vincent Hospital since 2008, as part of a joint venture with Anchorum St. Vincent.
