Digitec Medical is one of the largest independent mammography service and after-market mammography system providers in the United States offering systems and parts for GE, Lorad, Philips, Siemens, Fischer, Instrumentarium and many others. The agreement calls for Sonora to market, sell and distribute Digitec's mammography offerings in the Midwest and Western United States. Both companies anticipate future expansion of this agreement.
