Following the deployment of Rad AI's reporting platform at Radiology Associates of North Texas (RANT), the largest private radiology group in Texas and one of the largest in the U.S., the practice reported a 48% increase in radiograph reporting efficiency and a 25% rise in overall hourly productivity.

RANT implemented Rad AI Reporting to address the growing demand for imaging services and combat radiologist burnout. The cloud-native reporting tool, powered by generative AI, is designed to streamline workflows by automating large portions of the reporting process.

“Rad AI has been a game-changer for RANT, delivering tools that revolutionize our workflow and improve radiologist satisfaction,” said Dr. Nicholas Galante, the radiology group's chief medical information officer.

The implementation reduced mental fatigue among radiologists by decreasing cognitive load without compromising productivity. According to the practice, these benefits are particularly valuable in high-pressure environments such as Level 1 trauma centers.

Rad AI Reporting incorporates customizable AI features to create radiology reports that align with each radiologist's style and language. The platform also integrates seamlessly with imaging AI vendors and PACS systems, offering adaptability for a range of operational needs.

Josh Duncan, senior vice president of sales, marketing, and customer success at Rad AI, highlighted the impact of the technology, “The feedback and outcomes from RANT showcase why Rad AI Reporting is the fastest-commercialized software in radiology history.”

Rad AI’s suite of products also includes Rad AI Impressions, an AI tool for generating impression statements, and Rad AI Continuity, which facilitates patient follow-up.
