Radiology Partners will take over radiology services from Envision Healthcare in a transition agreement is expected to affect approximately 95 client sites and up to 400 radiologists previously affiliated with Envision.

The El Segundo, California-based Radiology Partners said it plans to offer continued service to existing Envision clients who choose to remain, aiming to preserve patient care continuity and operational stability during the shift. Services affected include both onsite and teleradiology coverage.

The move marks a broader shift in strategy for Envision, which has been undergoing restructuring efforts following financial challenges and its bankruptcy filing in 2023.
