Mindray North America has begun construction on a major warehouse expansion at its Mahwah, New Jersey facility, adding over 46,000 square feet to its existing logistics hub.
Once complete, the project will increase the total warehouse size to 80,979 square feet. The company expects the additional space to help consolidate off-site operations into a single location, streamline order fulfillment, and reduce shipping costs by eliminating the need for split shipments. The new facility is scheduled to be operational in 2026.
“The expansion is a forward-thinking step that aligns perfectly with our mission to make quality healthcare solutions accessible to all,” said Derek Scott, director of operations at Mindray North America. “We are designing this facility not only to meet today's needs but also to ensure we can seamlessly support the introduction of new products and technologies well into the future.”

Wayne Quinn, president of Mindray North America, said the project comes in response to growing operational challenges across the healthcare sector. “As healthcare systems face mounting challenges, such as workforce shortages, rising operational costs, and shifting payer dynamics, we are committed to providing a forward-thinking infrastructure with a robust and reliable supply chain,” Quinn said.
The Palo Alto, California-based company specializes in patient monitoring, anesthesia, and ultrasound solutions. The new warehouse will include upgraded safety features, such as a lithium battery storage vault, and is designed to scale with projected long-term growth. The company also noted the expansion would support internal workforce development, with plans to create new specialized roles as operations increase.
Mindray expects the updated facility to support faster delivery times and improved logistics performance across its North American market.
