Lake Regional Health System has joined the Mayo Clinic Care Network, becoming part of a collaborative group of independent providers that share clinical resources and expertise with Mayo Clinic.
The Osage Beach, Missouri-based health system was officially welcomed into the network following a prior collaboration with Mayo Clinic Platform that began in 2023, focused on clinical quality improvement. According to both organizations, the partnership aims to strengthen specialty care access and care coordination for the Lake of the Ozarks region, which serves both year-round residents and seasonal visitors.
“This clinical collaboration is a game-changer for our region and a bold step forward in our mission to provide exceptional, world-class care,” said Kevin McRoberts, CEO of Lake Regional Health System. “Joining Mayo Clinic Care Network gives our talented physicians unprecedented access to leading-edge resources, including additional clinical expertise and innovative treatments.”

Through the affiliation, Lake Regional providers now have access to several Mayo Clinic digital and clinical tools, including AskMayoExpert, a point-of-care database with guidance on medical conditions and protocols; eConsults, which allows physicians to seek second opinions from Mayo Clinic specialists; and eBoards, video conferences used to discuss complex cases with multidisciplinary teams.
Lake Regional also gains access to Mayo’s healthcare consulting services and patient education materials, as well as professional development and continuing medical education opportunities for staff.
“Lake Regional’s unwavering commitment to continuous quality improvement positions them perfectly to serve their unique patient population with Mayo Clinic-level expertise,” said Dr. Mark V. Larson, medical director of the Mayo Clinic Care Network.
Membership in the Mayo Clinic Care Network does not alter Lake Regional’s independent status. It joins more than 60 healthcare organizations worldwide that participate in the network.
