A major U.S. medical center has selected Sectra to provide its enterprise imaging solution as a fully managed cloud service under a five-year, $21 million contract. The initial deployment will include modules for radiology, breast imaging, cardiology, and orthopedics.
The agreement was finalized during the first quarter of Sectra’s 2025–2026 fiscal year. According to the Linköping, Sweden-based company, $20 million of the contract value is guaranteed.
Sectra One Cloud is a subscription-based platform that consolidates imaging across departments within a single system. Sectra says it will manage system performance, upgrades, and cybersecurity, aiming to reduce IT complexity for the medical center’s internal teams.

“Especially in radiology, efficient workflows are essential to handle the growing volume of exams with limited resources,” said Isaac Zaworski, president of Sectra Inc. “At the same time, consolidating imaging across multiple specialties and moving to a single, cloud-based system simplifies IT operations, reduces the burden on IT teams, and lowers exposure to cyberthreats.”
The platform includes a vendor-neutral archive (VNA) and is designed to scale with increased imaging volumes and clinical expansion. Sectra will provide 24/7 support as part of the managed service model.
Sectra, listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange, reported sales of SEK 3.24 billion during its 2024–2025 fiscal year. The company operates in 19 countries through direct sales and has a global network of distribution partners.
