Nanox is expanding its U.S. footprint through a new collaboration with Monarch Medical Management and Billing, aiming to deliver medical imaging services across workers' compensation clinics, nursing homes, and outpatient settings.

The Petach Tikva, Israel-based company said the rollout will begin with more than a dozen sites identified by Monarch, which will serve as a proof-of-concept phase. If successful, the network could scale nationwide.

Under the agreement, Nanox will deploy its suite of imaging technologies; most notably the Nanox.ARC, a 3D digital tomosynthesis system, alongside AI tools designed to detect early signs of chronic conditions from routine CT scans. Teleradiology services will also be integrated across Monarch’s care settings.

The partnership targets multiple healthcare segments that often face barriers to imaging access, especially for aging populations and workers' compensation claimants. Nanox Impact, the company's U.S. subsidiary, will manage the deployment and operations.

“This collaboration addresses critical imaging access challenges across multiple healthcare segments by providing faster access to high-quality imaging services that can accelerate accurate diagnosis and treatment decisions for patients,” said Erez Meltzer, chief executive officer and acting chairman of Nanox.

Monarch Medical Management, based in the U.S., has been active in multisite healthcare management for over three decades. Its CEO, Nydia Soriano, said the collaboration fits into the company’s broader strategy to support preventive care.

“The integration of Nanox’s advanced imaging technology is an exciting expansion of the comprehensive healthcare solutions that Monarch Medical Management has provided for more than 30 years,” said Soriano. “Nanox’s focus on early disease detection and preventive care aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver comprehensive care across our multi-segment healthcare settings.”

The companies did not disclose financial terms or a projected timeline for expansion beyond the initial proof-of-concept phase.
