T.I.M.O. enhances MRI safety, ease of MRI door operation, and aids in extending the longevity of the MRI door.
Albatross Projects T.I.M.O.is a touchscreen interface to open/close the operation of the MRI door when used with an automatic door operator, to unlock/lock operation of the MRI, MR/Linac, or OR door, and to track each door cycle with the Maintenance Log, which alerts when it’s time to have the MRI door inspected for wear and tear/preventative maintenance. It contains an extra security feature with a programmable keypad for room access and will display a “Strong Magnetic Field” warning when the door is open.
Optional Privacy glass control is available for use with glass MRI doors. The T.I.M.O. operates on standard electrical power and uses a stainless-steel faceplate to match nearly any décor/style of your MRI suite.

The T.I.M.O. is the industry’s latest development in MRI Safety and RF Door Security for use on all Albatross Projects doors, regardless of application: MR, Linac, MR/Linac, or OR (Operating Rooms). It may be located anywhere outside the MRI room, used with a facility-provided card reader, and in parallel with more than one T.I.M.O., for multiple access doors into a space.
