Surgical Solutions has entered into a strategic partnership with RENOVO SOLUTIONS aimed at improving performance in hospital operating rooms and sterile processing departments.
The agreement brings together the Overland Park, Kansas-based provider of perioperative and sterile processing services with Irvine, California-based RENOVO SOLUTIONS, an independent specialist in HTM, biomedical engineering, and imaging support.
According to the companies, the collaboration is focused on reducing delays, improving workflow, and increasing regulatory compliance for hospitals and health systems. By combining RENOVO’s equipment maintenance and surgical repair services with Surgical Solutions’ staffing and support programs, the joint offering is positioned to address both clinical and technical demands in the OR and SPD.

“This partnership allows us to deliver even more value to our clients by uniting RENOVO’s technology-driven HTM programs with Surgical Solutions’ deep expertise in the surgical ecosystem,” said Matt Forrest, vice president of business development at RENOVO SOLUTIONS. “It’s about ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost savings, while improving care.”
RENOVO is ISO 13485 certified, signifying adherence to international standards for medical device quality systems. Surgical Solutions is ISO 9001 certified, reflecting its emphasis on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Key areas of focus for the partnership include infection prevention, equipment reliability, survey readiness, and workforce stabilization. Services offered through the partnership will include CRCST-certified support staff, surgical instrument reprocessing, and preventive maintenance programs aimed at minimizing downtime and cost.

RENOVO currently manages nearly 500 sites nationwide, offering HTM programs that include contract consolidation, accreditation support, and cybersecurity services.
