Breaking ground in online adaptive radiotherapy (OART)
RaySearch is proud to announce that online adaptive has been unleashed by software and is now part of clinical practice – built on existing linac platforms. A recent milestone is the first patients treated using an online adaptive workflow with RayStation, RayCare, and a Varian TrueBeam** at Iridium Network in Belgium. Read the press release. OART means adapting the treatment plan to the patient’s anatomy while the patient is on the treatment couch. This is a major topic in the industry and RaySearch’s software‑driven approach speeds up the process and puts clinics in control.
