ROCHESTER, N.Y.-- John DelliSanti has joined Carestream Health, Inc. as President of its molecular imaging business and as a member of the company's senior leadership team.

Carestream Molecular Imaging, located in New Haven, Conn., is a leading provider of in vivo and in vitro optical molecular imaging solutions for life sciences and molecular biology research.

DelliSanti, based in New Haven, will lead efforts to grow Carestream Molecular Imaging, with emphasis on expanding its imaging systems and imaging agents product lines.

Most recently, DelliSanti served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Caliper Life Sciences, a life sciences technology provider. In this role, he led Caliper's global sales, distribution, marketing, marketing communications, customer service and technical support.

Prior to joining Caliper, DelliSanti served as Vice President and General Manager of Invitrogen Corporation's U.S. Commercial Operations. Invitrogen offers products and services to support disease research, drug discovery and commercial bio-production.

DelliSanti comes to Carestream Health with deep experience in life sciences and with a strong track record of building and leading successful commercial operations and driving growth.

He earned a B.S. in Chemistry and an MBA from Fordham University.
