LifeWave Hi-Tech Medical Devices Ltd. has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for a four-year distribution agreement with an Israeli company for the company's bed sore treatment device and peripherals. The distributor will buy devices for a minimum of 5,000 patients. LifeWave estimates the value of the deal at $2 million over the first two years.
LifeWave's bedsore treatment is a non-invasive electrical stimulation medical device designed to treat chronic wounds.
