Alliance Imaging has acquired Shared P.E.T. Imaging LLC, of Canton, OH, for approximately $43 million and assumed indebtedness.
Shared P.E.T. Imaging, a mobile and fixed-site provider of positron emission tomography/computed tomography, generates approximately $29 million in annual revenue. The business serves approximately 90 clients in 13 states, including Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Florida, Pennsylvania, New York, Tennessee and South Carolina.
Alliance Imaging, a national provider of shared-service and fixed-site diagnostic imaging services, aims to continue with a "disciplined acquisition plan," according to board chairman and chief executive officer Paul S. Viviano.
