AAMI's Technology Management Council (TMC) has created an online community, ideally suited for clinical engineers and biomedical equipment technicians, on the popular social networking sites Facebook and Linkedin.

Members of both sites can join the TMC online community and network and stay up-to-date with news on TMC projects and issues facing the medical technology field.

Members can also discuss certain topics amongst each other using the discussion function on Facebook and Linkedin. On Linkedin and Facebook, community members can post questions about certain issues or problems they are facing, and receive answers from the community. Facebook members can also upload photos to be shared with the online community.
