Universal Hospital Services
Universal Hospital Services, a medical equipment and lifecycle services company, has formed a partnership with Houston-based Memorial Hermann Healthcare System. UHS is implementing state-of-the-art infusion systems across Memorial Hermann's system of hospitals via its Asset Management Partnership Program (AMPP).
UHS has entered an agreement to manage all infusion devices with on site personnel for the next seven years. Memorial Hermann will have the flexibility to upgrade infusion technology over the term of the agreement, ensuring that its facilities maintain state-of-the-art clinical equipment for their caregivers and patients. With UHS managing all infusion equipment, Memorial Hermann nurses and staff can focus more on patient care.
UHS has more than 70 years of experience in infusion management, allowing hospitals to lower capital and operating costs, increase nurse productivity and satisfaction, and improve patient safety and clinical outcomes.
