As the economy continues along its unsteady path, many DOTmed users have been wondering what they should and should not do to keep their businesses financially healthy over the coming months. One helpful resource may be this report from SK&A Healthcare Information Solutions.

SK&A published a report this month highlighting analytical data provided from over 300,000 hospitals across the country. The report ranks the top 50 hospitals in the United States by their bed count. The Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida, a DOTmed user, is ranked the #1 hospital with 1,550 beds.

The report also includes a breakdown, by state, of 1.1 million hospital beds, naming California as the record holder with 103,825 hospital beds. While Texas is just second to California with 87,783 hospital beds, the report also shows Texas outranks California as the state with the most
hospitals.

View the report below and learn more about the top 50 U.S. hospitals, the states with the most hospitals and beds, the 28 most popular treatment programs, and the top 14 unique hospital types.
