APTA's Board of Delegates
met to elect its
officers and directors for
the upcoming year
During the PT 2009, the American Physical Therapy Association's (APTA) 2009 National Conference, the APTA's Board of Delegates met to elect its officers and directors for the upcoming year.
R. Scott Ward, PT, PhD, was reelected as the organization's president. Among others elected or reelected to office are: Paul A. Rockar, Jr, PT, DPT, MS, who was elected vice president; Aimee B. Klein, PT, DPT, DSc, OCS, who was reelected as a director; and Kathleen K. Mairella, PT, DPT, MA, Mary C. Sinnott, PT, DPT, MEd, and Nicole L. Stout, PT, MPT, CLT-LANA, who were elected directors. James E. Hughes, PT, was elected to the Nominating Committee.
