AAHAM ANI Set for
October
The American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) will hold its Annual National Institute (ANI) October 14-16 in Scottsdale, AZ. This year's meeting theme is "The Future of Healthcare in a Changing Economy, Everything New Under the Sun."
Known for its certification and educational programs, AAHAM is a national professional association spanning 37 chapters and more than 2,600 healthcare patient financial services professionals.
Five healthcare tracks will include Management/Revenue Cycle, Access/Quality Management, Compliance, Leadership/Professional Development and Specialty. More than 50 speakers are engaged to discuss topics in these categories.

Laurie Shoaf, CPAM, AAHAM President commented that the subject of the 2009 conference seemed "especially timely" considering the nation's political and economic focus on healthcare.
