Bill Kollitz and Mike Farrell of MEDRAD took some time to sit down with DOTmed Business News during RSNA 2009.
In the video, Bill explained that MEDRAD's Total Repair program, which is a guaranteed repair solution for ultrasound transducers "eliminates that whole exchange risk for 59 probes, and basically guarantees repair pricing, which on average is about 25-30 percent less, worst case, than a typical third party exchange."
MEDRAD is a Bayer Medical Care business that develops and markets medical devices for computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and interventional cardiology.
