Bill Ginas, Director of Sales for RS&A took some time to talk to DOTmed News at NCBA 2009.
In the video, Ginas said that the biggest challenge for RS&A in 2010 will be to "keep up with the demand to find, hire and train good field service engineers."

Ginas also said that the recession beneficial for RS&A, as "hospitals and clinics are looking for ways to save money without compromising quality, and that is where [RS&A] comes in."
