DOTmed met with the CEO of Opposite Strengths, Inc., Tommy Thomas, at this year's Imaging 100 conference. Thomas, a psychologist, coaches company executives to help them be more effective in the workplace.

He explains that one of the biggest effects his organization has on a company is decreasing the voluntary turnover rate, by teaching employees how to enjoy the workplace and find meaning in their positions.
