Carestream Health said Monday that it won a three-year contract to provide Premier Healthcare alliance member hospitals with its DRX suite of digital radiography products. The deal takes effect Oct. 1.
The Rochester, N.Y.-based imaging company said the group purchasing organization contract covers its newly released DRX-Revolution mobile system, along with the DRX-1, the DRX-Ascend, the DRX-Evolution DR Suite, and a DRX mobile retrofit kit.
The DRX-1 detector was first covered by Premier in 2010, Carestream said.
Premier is made up of over 2,600 hospitals.
