ClearMRI Solutions Inc. announced that it has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration clearance to market and sell its MRI upgrade digital adaptor.
The new Helios-RG8 digital coil accessory kit will allow Independent Service Providers to upgrade their customers with 1.5T General Electric 9.x MRI legacy systems to 8 channel HD coils and total digital processing.
According to ClearMRI, Helios-RG8 extends the profitable life of older MRI systems and defers the need for a system upgrade for imaging centers interested in better imaging options.
