We are able to sell both new and preowned lasers. We consult with our customers to find them the best device for their business needs and budget.

Our core business is offering medical aesthetic capital equipment including all lasers, IPL systems, platform devices, ultrasound, radio frequency and more. We can repair systems and make sure they are firing at optimal energies. Our goal is to create a partnership with customers for a long term relationship

DOTmed: What makes you most proud of your company?
We always respond to emails and pick up our phones. The reality is that things do not always go perfect, but we stand by our products and offerings to make sure that you have a great experience and fantastic resource.

DOTmed: What new or recent technology is 'hot' in your field?
Body shaping and tattoo removal are the fastest growing segments in our market. They offer great return on investments and have effective technology with consistent results.

DOTmed: What are the biggest challenges and opportunities that you face?
Challenges include meeting customers expectations, budget and reality. Sometimes people want systems that are known to have issues and are tougher to service. Many times we try and show customers that this may not be the best option for them and try to talk about products that are reliable

DOTmed: What outside forces are affecting your business the most?
Companies that sell products with disposable components. Many times these disposables are hard to get and cost a great deal. This can cause issues in the business if they are unable to supply a steady stream of parts
