Happy Holidays! The Christmas holiday is just around the corner. Everyone at DOTmed worked on sending holiday greeting cards to our users. It was fun to prepare the stuff. We all gathered in the conference room and worked away at a job. Somebody called it “Santa Claus House”, that I certainly agreed. We wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Speaking of Christmas, I went to a small theater to see a Christmas musical play (based on Southern style)– “HOT DAMN HOLIDAY!” It included songs but also games, prizes, food and more. Although it was a little bit hard to understand some parts because I don’t have much knowledge of Southern life, I really had a good time.

We could see American traditional things through the show. For instance, decorating ginger man cookies, putting ornaments on the Christmas tree, creating paper snow and playing with a baby Jesus. It was a play that both children and adults could enjoy.

Christmas songs make me excited for some reasons so that I really enjoyed the songs that the players sang. Their voices were soft, clear and cheerful. I always admire good singers and wish I had their talent.

It is good to go to Broadway musical, but also good to go to a small-scale play because we feel homey atmosphere. Since I cannot spend my Christmas time with my family this year, it was a nice opportunity to be there as part of audience.

Do you have any plans for Christmas? Please share with me what you would do!
