The patients also have the option of having a tablet with video chat capabilities for remote visits with the Right at Home care team. The visits can range from discussions about dinner to medication reminders.

Intel-GE Care Innovations also has a remote care solution called Health Harmony that was introduced in November 2015. The platform includes a patient portal for the patient to collect and share information on their vitals, a view for the clinician into the portal so they know when to intervene, and a view for the patient’s caregiver.
