Hi, I would like to introduce a new Japanese intern, Naoko Yamazaki from Tokyo who just joined the DOTmed team this week. She successfully completed international business studies at a university in Ohio for 2 years, and recently received her Bachelor's degree in International Business and Economics in Japan. She is going to work for TOSHIBA from this April as a new recruit, and before that, she wanted to have work experience in marketing in the US. This is her first time in NY; therefore, she is very excited about everything. I am sure she will have a lot of fun here during her 5-week-stay. Welcome to DOTmed, Naoko!

By the way, do you like drinking a cup of hot cocoa or chocolate in cold winter? I happened to find an interesting article about cocoa, and it said, "Some types of cocoa could improve brain function." It seems that flavanol-rich cocoa enhances blood flow in the brain and effects on health.

The cocoa is typically sold with low flavanols in markets because they remove flavanols due to bitter taste. But don't worry! Mars Inc is starting to market flavanol-rich versions of chocolate bars and cocoa, and other major chocolate companies, including Hershey's, have started promoting the flavanol content of their dark chocolates. So you may try some of them.
